Anjalina shows us her Indian origins through four Ayurvedic recipes ideal for autumn. We will discover traditional dishes, spice blends, local stories that will take us straight to India and we will create our own Indian tea blend to bring it home. A workshop where colours and flavours will be the protagonists.
At the end of the workshop Anjalina will present and sell her new book “Flavors and stories of my Indian cuisine” for sale.
Anjalina Chugani, a passionate chef with Indian roots, was born in London and has lived in Bangalore, Manila and Barcelona. Her recipes are a tribute to the flavours and aromas of her family. Trained at Hofmann and with a diploma in Ayurveda, she teaches cooking classes, organises private events and advises restaurants.
