WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
In this workshop, we will learn to prepare 3 different sauces to give a special touch to our daily menu.
The proposed menu is as follows:
LA VESTALE
La Vestale is a sustainable gastronomy project based on organic km 0 ingredients. They carefully select from producers in Catalonia (more than 50% of the ingredients come from the Mercat de la Terra) and are committed to vegetarian and vegan production that follows the seasons, creating dishes, jams, sauces, and baked goods in limited editions that respect nature's rhythms.
Mavi, who will lead the workshop, is the founder of La Vestale, an Italian cook and culinary trainer, inspired by the culinary traditions of her rural roots but always curious and interested in new flavors.
WORKSHOP BY KAIKU BEGETAL
Kaiku Begetal, founded in Donostia (San Sebastián), is a brand from the Kaiku family that focuses on plant-based drinks, yogurts, and desserts that elevate any recipe by adding a different touch. More information about Kaiku Begetal.
APPLIANCES BY SMEG
