WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

In this workshop, Lluvia Caron will share with you the keys to enhancing the flavor of your vegetable dishes in a simple way, using ferments, seaweeds, dehydrated vegetables, vinegars, and mushrooms.

You will learn:

  • How to prepare a nutritionally complete "plant-based" dish by combining legumes, grains, vegetables, and seeds.
  • Discover various ingredients like ferments, seaweeds, vinegars, mushrooms, and vegetables that will help elevate your preparations.
  • We will prepare three 100% vegetable sauces with the ingredients mentioned:

    • Fermented soy mayonnaise with chili
    • Mushroom and roasted garlic sauce
    • Ginger, seaweed, and miso vinaigrette

Includes tasting and recipe booklet.
