WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
A breakfast that celebrates design, flavour, and the season. Together with Smeg and chefs Alba Serra and Laura Pernía (@taulaperdos_), we’ll explore how the kitchen can be a space for creativity and connection.
Amid warm aromas and autumn ingredients, we’ll learn to prepare three contemporary-style dishes: a toasted rustic bread with butifarra sausage, mushrooms, and Swiss Le Gruyère AOP, a chestnut brownie, and a spiced pumpkin smoothie.
Smeg will provide the technology and design that turn every dish into an experience, while Le Gruyère AOP—awarded the world’s best cheese at the World Cheese Awards—will bring the flavour that elevates each bite.

Taula per Dos (@taulaperdos_) is an Instagram profile created by Alba Serra and Laura Pernía, two young Catalan women passionate about gastronomy who share recipes through their profile, mainly focused on promoting Catalan cuisine recipes. With over 40,000 followers on social media, they have quickly become one of the leading profiles for contemporary Catalan recipes.
