WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

A breakfast inspired by the essence of autumn, where cooking becomes a warm and shared experience. Through seasonal textures, aromas, and flavors, we will discover how to give a different and creative twist to a seasonal breakfast.

The workshop will include a country bread toast with sausage, mushrooms, and cheese, a chestnut brownie, and a spiced pumpkin smoothie, three proposals that combine seasonal products and creativity with a contemporary touch.

All dishes will be prepared using Smeg products, and Cheeses from Switzerland. An invitation to experiment, taste, and reinterpret Autumn cuisine at a relaxed pace.

Taula per Dos (@taulaperdos_) is an Instagram profile created by Alba Serra and Laura Pernía, two young Catalan women passionate about gastronomy who share recipes through their profile, mainly focused on promoting Catalan cuisine recipes. With over 40,000 followers on social media, they have quickly become one of the leading profiles for contemporary Catalan recipes.
