WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
We will learn to cook two traditional recipes from South India with a fresh and light twist: *Malabar Vegetable Biryani*, an aromatic rice with seasonal vegetables, spices, nuts, and coconut milk, and *Zarda Pilav*, a sweet pilaf with saffron, ghee, and nuts. An experience to discover the essence of Indian-style casual dining.
