WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

Quesos de Suiza offers a unique experience through which we will travel to the Swiss cheese factories and its green mountains through our cell phone. On this tour, Judith Forner will explain the ancestral and artisanal methods of cheese production in Switzerland. The activity will be accompanied by a tasting of four delicious varieties of Swiss cheeses: Le Gruyère AOP, Appenzeller®, Emmentaler AOP and Tête de Moine AOP.

JUDITH FORNER

Judith Forner is a true cheese professional, actress and passionate about natural cuisine. She works at Llet Crua, an artisan cheese shop in Sants that is dedicated to finding producers who make cheese following artisanal and environmentally friendly processes.

DANIEL DENGRA

Daniel Dengra is a cheese lover, commercial and technical advisor at Ardai for 17 years. Ardai is dedicated to the selection and distribution of farm and artisan cheeses at a Catalan, national and European level for the restaurant sector.

WORKSHOP BY ChEESES FROM SWITZERLAND

Switzerland is a world leader in artisanal and sustainable cheese production. The exclusive feeding of cows with hay, grass and natural pastures, the prohibition of the use of animal feed and the production of cheese with raw cow's milk, without additives and naturally free of gluten and lactose, are hallmarks of Swiss cheeses. Swiss cheese production stands out for its commitment to sustainability, care for the environment and the maintenance of ancestral practices.
