WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Learn how to make a sourdough starter for bread-making and how to keep it alive. In this workshop, you will receive a full technical explanation and put all the learning into practice, taking home a jar with a live sourdough starter to continue the experience. This way, you can create your own sourdough bread using flour, salt, and water.
PA DE KILO
Pa de Kilo is the visible face of Oswaldo Brito (former professor at the Hoffman Escola d’Hostaleria) and Jordi Mestre (founder of Nomad Coffee). Every morning they manually light the oven they have in Raval to offer us specialty breads made with sourdough.
