ACTIVITY DESCRIPTION

We bring together six leading women from different fields of gastronomy —cooking, communication, hospitality, coffee, styling, and media— to reflect together on our roles and challenges.

A space to share experiences, challenges, and visions of how we inhabit, transform, and shape the culinary scene through our different journeys.

Speakers:

Eva Hausmann. CEO of Hausmann Gastronomic, she is a chef, food stylist, and expert in product development, sustainable cuisine, and gastronomic trends.

Marta Morales. Owner and director of Batea, her most personal project after a solid international career in mixology and hospitality.

Ivette Vera. Head of quality control and training program at NOMAD COFFEE.

Rosa Rodon. A founding member of Diari Ara and current director of its Mengem section. She also collaborates on El Suplement at Catalunya Ràdio.

Stefania Talento. Co-founder of In and Out Barcelona, a pioneering blog about Barcelona's gastronomy and culture, and co-founder and Social Media Strategist at In and Out Studio.

Cristina Ojeda. Chef, co-founder of Crema Club and manager of the @musttrybcn food account. She is currently a station chef at the restaurant Mantis.

Moderated by: Irene Gonzalvo, digital strategy consultant and co-founder of Crema Club.

THE PROJECT

Crema Club is a gastronomic community for women that understands cooking as a shared, creative, and intentional experience.

One of the core pillars of Crema Club is to highlight the role of women in gastronomy: to make their work visible, create spaces for collaboration, and build networks that strengthen their presence across all areas of the sector.

At Crema Club, we organize gatherings around the table —themed meals, collaborations with chefs, experimental projects, pop-up events, among others— where the focus is not just on what is eaten, but also on how the experience is lived and who it's shared with.
