PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Judith Forner is a cheese professional with a passion for natural cooking and artisanal cheeses from around the world. With a background as an actress, she brings a warm, experiential approach to tasting, sharing the value and history of these dairy treasures.
QUESOS DE SUIZA
Quesos de Suiza (Swiss Cheese) will offer a workshop dedicated to Tête de Moine AOP, introducing little ones to cheese-making traditions and sharing the values of artisanal products.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Workshop available from 11:30 to 14:30 and from 15:00 to 18:00, with continuous sessions of approximately 20 minutes.
Free activity, no prior reservation required. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
