JUDITH FORNER

Judith Forner is a cheese professional with a passion for natural cooking and artisanal cheeses from around the world. With a background as an actress, she brings a warm, experiential approach to tasting, sharing the value and history of these dairy treasures.

CHEESES FROM SWITZERLAND

Cheeses from Switzerland go beyond the concept of simple food: they symbolize the intersection of historical heritage, the natural environment, and the precision of master cheesemakers.

Produced solely from raw milk from cows fed on fresh forage and mountain pastures, without fodder or additives, the resulting cheeses are entirely natural, gluten-free, and, for the most part, suitable for those with lactose intolerance.

Commitment to livestock protection and environmental respect are core parts of their identity. Through this model, high-mountain environments are preserved, ecological balance is promoted, and an exceptional quality standard is guaranteed.

Over a thousand types of cheese originate in Swiss territory, including several world-renowned names: Appenzeller®, Emmentaler AOP, Gruyère AOP, and Tête de Moine AOP. Each one possesses its own personality, legacy, and a unique aromatic profile.
