WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION
Discover the world of ferments by making your own pickles in vinegar-based kombucha. We will chop vegetables, learn the process step-by-step, and put it all into practice by creating a small sample for you to take home.
While we work, we will enjoy a tasting of La Valiente ferments: drinks like kombucha and jun, and lacto-fermented products like sauerkraut or fermented tomato sauce. An experience to understand, taste, and enjoy foods full of life.
COMPANY DESCRIPTION
La Valiente has been crafting kombucha and other fermented beverages for 8 years, since starting their project in Alcover (Tarragona). Over time, they have introduced pickles and lacto-fermented products, working artisanally with organic and locally sourced ingredients. They use no concentrates or added aromas—only real ingredients and processes that respect natural fermentation times.
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN FROM THE EXPERIENCE?
You will learn how to prepare your own pickles in vinegar-based kombucha and take a sample home with you. While we prepare them, we will taste kombucha, jun, and lacto-fermented foods, such as sauerkraut or fermented tomato sauce, to discover healthy, vibrant foods full of life.
