WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

In this workshop, you will learn how to prepare three delicious preserves: cracked olives with Mediterranean herbs and spices, salted anchovies following the traditional technique, and preserved artichokes in oil with Mediterranean aromas, which you can enjoy for months to come.

During the activity, you will handle the ingredients, discover the secrets of traditional preservation, and take home your own finished jars.
